Our Quality Policy Manual defines the management organisation responsible for quality. The management team has ultimate authority and responsibility for the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
It is part of the company's training programme that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels within the company. Our policy will be reviewed on a regular basis to confirm its continuing suitability in assisting with the achievement of the company’s objectives.

All professional staff will adhere to the relevant professional standards as laid down by the NMC in the case of Nurses and the GMC in the case of Doctors. The professional standards to which we are required to practice are detailed in a number of publications most notably “Guidance on Ethics for Occupational Physicians” 4th Edition, Nov’ 93 and “Good Practice for Occupational Physicians” Dec’ 01.
ISO 9001:2008Blackwell Associates is committed to the provision of the highest possible standards of services to all of our customers, and to assist us in this goal we have implemented a Quality Management System to meet the requirements of the international standard ISO9001: 2008. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of our Quality Management System in meeting the needs of our customers, a UKAS accredited certification body has assessed our operations for compliance to this standard and awarded us ISO9001:2008 Quality Award Standard.
