Blackwell Associates will strive to offer appointments within 10 working days.
Reports will be made available within 2 working days either by fax or by personal collection pending posting.
Referred staff will be seen promptly at the time of their appointment to minimise waiting.
To assist the provision of a meaningful and useful report we would recommend companies provide a referral letter, job description and sickness absence record for their member of staff.
These standards will apply unless in exceptional circumstances such as staff illness etc. In order that we can meet the above standards, it is critically important that adequate notice is given of cancellation or non-attendance.
Cancellation of appointments with less that 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the full amount.
Non-attendance without prior notification will incur the full fee. Individuals arriving late for appointments will be seen up until the time of the next appointment provided there is a reasonable likelihood of the consultation being concluded within the remaining time.
If this is not possible, referred clients will be invited to wait pending an empty appointment becoming available later in the clinic.
If clients do not wish to wait, another appointment will be offered to them.
